摘要
针对PLC课程的实验大多远离实际工业控制环境,实验效果不理想的问题,本文介绍了四层楼电梯PLC控制教学模具的设计与实现,采用实际的元器件如传感器、电机制作,可在线编程,调试,给出了电梯模具的部分硬件电路及程序设计。该电梯模具实验应用效果良好,值得推广。
According to the experiment of the PLC course most far away from real industrial control environment, the effect of experiment isn' t perfect, This paper introduces the design and implementation of teaching module of four storey elevator controlled by PLC, using real device make, such as feeler unit ,motor, programming and debugging can be made on line. This paper provides partial hardware circuit and program design of elevator module. The elevator module experiment application effect is good, so it is worth spreading.
