摘要
以四川省绵阳市三台县为典型案例,围绕当地种植业面临的资源与环境形势,针对该县种植业面源污染防治措施、种植业生态补偿实践的具体做法和补偿效果进行分析。在此基础上,揭示出三台县种植业生态补偿过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了关于完善区域种植业生态补偿政策的建议。
Taking Santai County of Mianyang City in Sichuan Province as a typical case, local resource and environment situation of planting industry were diagnosed. In the light of measures for non-point source pollution prevention, eco- compensation practices and effects, the existing issues about planting industry eco-compensation were shown. The correspondent policy recommendations on planting industry eco-compensation were suggested.
