摘要
为了使用户更方便地利用图书馆资源,提升用户体验,为用户创造全新的互动体验模式,国内部分图书馆率先将信息服务与微信应用相结合。论文以南京师范大学图书馆微信服务为例,从微信的优势出发,探究其适用于图书馆信息服务的原因,重点论述了国内图书馆微信信息服务的具体应用,最后展望了图书馆微信服务的发展前景。
In order to make the users use the library resources more conveniently,improve the user experience,and create a new interactive experience model for the users,part of the domestic libraries take the lead in the combination of information services and We Chat applications. This paper takes the We Chat service for Nanjing Normal University Library as an example.Starting from the advantages of We Chat,it explores the reason why We Chat suits for the library information service,and discusses the concrete application of domestic library We Chat information service and the prospects of the library We Chat service development.
