受上覆小窑影响的工作面防灭火技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对神华新疆能源公司碱沟煤矿东一+495 m水平B3+6工作面安全推过上覆小窑区域的问题,提前在进、回风巷施工高阶段钻孔对上覆小窑内的气体情况进行探测,采用钻孔检测到小窑内各种气体在工作面推进过程中分布变化情况,根据探测到的小窑内气体的实际情况来合理制定工作面过小窑期间的防灭火技术措施,并结合矿井实际情况采取了束管监测上覆小窑及该工作面采空区气体、超前注氮、封堵漏风通道、工作面采空区连续注氮等一系列综合防灭火技术措施。在工作面应用防灭火技术措施后,过小窑的特殊期间未发现气体异常情况,安全推过上覆小窑区域。 In order to ensure +495 m B3 +6 working face of Jiangou Coal Mine in Shenhua Xinjiang Company to pass through area on the small coal mines, the conditions of gas in the small coal mine were explored in advance when constructing intake and air return way. the gas distribution and changes in overlying small coal mines were obtained by using drillings. According to the gas distribution and con-centration by the drillings, fire prevention and control technical measures was determined reasonably when the working face pass through area on the small coal mines. Based on the actual conditions of mine shaft,a series of comprehensive fire-prevention measures were a- dopted,such as monitoring gas situation on beam tube systems,injecting nitrogen in advance,plugging air-leaking passage and injecting nitrogen in goaf. With the application of these measures, it has not found gas anomaly, and has passed through area on the small coal mines safely.
