摘要
为了研究新疆和丰沙吉海矿区主采煤层自燃氧化特性,利用程序升温氧化试验装置,研究了不同煤样自燃临界温度、煤自燃特征气体浓度随温度的变化规律,根据试验数据,计算了各煤样不同氧化阶段的温度耗氧速率和放热速率。研究表明:沙吉海矿区煤层不同升温氧化阶段耗氧速率可分为2个阶段,所确定的煤层自燃氧化规律,可为判定煤层自燃氧化的临界温度提供依据。
In order to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of the main coal seams in Xinjiang Shajihai Coal Mining Area,a programmed temperature-rise oxidation test device was used to study the critical temperature of spontaneous combustion of different coal samples and the variation law of the characteristic gas concentration of coal spontaneous combustion with temperature,and according to the test results,the oxygen-consumption rate and exothermic rate of coal samples at different oxidation stages were calculated.The study showed that the oxygen-consumption rate of the coal seams in Xinjiang Shajihai Coal Mining Area at different temperature-rise oxidation stages can be divided into two stages,the combustion-oxidation law of coal seams was determined,this thus provided the basis for judging the critical temperature of combustion-oxidation of coal seams.
