摘要
多管还原炉为金钼股份金属分公司2001年从美国引进,是500 t/a钼粉生产线用于钼粉二次还原的主要工艺装备。由于炉管较长、在离心铸造过程中材质分布难以一致以及温度场的阶梯性、多变性、不均性,加之升、降温时炉管形变受到并非单一轴向约束等因素,炉管在生产使用中极易产生弯曲、扭转。此问题极易造成炉管与炉头管连接处氢气泄露,导致极大安全隐患及能源浪费。多年来技术人员对多管炉两侧炉头管与炉管本体连接方式进行了多次探索与改进。实践证明,采用整体活套法兰连接配合导向支架可以保证连接强度和气密性,同时有效解决了炉头管扭曲旋转问题。
The multi-tubes material reduction furnace is main technological equipment of the 500t/a molybdenum powder production line used for secondary reduction process, which was introduced by JDC from the USA. Because of the factors such as the length of the furnace tubes, the material density and the temperature field are not uniform, the furnace tubes deform and leak easily. Technician have probed on the connection types of the head tubes and the body tubes for many times and finally got the improvements. Facts have shown that using whole flexible flange con-nection could resolve the distortion problems while ensure the connection strength and air tightness.
