摘要
分析了活套法兰连接中螺栓和垫片从预紧状态到操作状态过程中的受力与伸长量的关系,探讨了影响其预紧力的因素并和无因次量法得出的影响因素进行了比较。结果显示,螺栓的弹性刚度越大,螺栓载荷的增大越多,其密封比压也越大,也越有助于密封。给出了较合理的活套法兰连接中螺栓的星型预紧顺序,其结果可为快速校核活套法兰连接系统密封性提供参考。
The relationship between force and elongation of bolts and gaskets about lap joint flange from preload state to operate state is analyzed.Influencing factors of preload are identified by the analysis and compared with the finding influence factors of dimensionless quantity method.The following result is verified,the larger elastic stiffness of bolt is,the more bolt load increases,the greater the sealing pressure ratio also,which will contribute to seal.A more reasonable bolt pre-tightening sequence of star pattern is given.These analyses can provide a quickly reference for checking the sealing of lap joint flange connection system.
