摘要
在回顾《内经》有关论述的基础上阐发营卫理论。以《内经》论述为依据,参考有关著述,对《内经》营卫本义、营卫生成、营卫生理、营卫循行、营卫功能、营卫病机以及营卫病证等内容作了系统回顾。同时,对营卫的运行与功能提出如下观点。1营气在御邪卫外特别是在制约与抵抗温热性致病因素中发挥重要作用。2结合卫气剽疾滑利的性质及其运行的三种主要模式,提出不同的运行模式是卫气发挥生理功能的前提与条件。3特别提出卫气为使,即卫气能够传达神机,卫气逆行是传达神机从而使机体对各种刺激产生反应、反射与疾速运动的基础。4卫气是宗气的重要组成部分,宗气贯心脉行呼吸,卫气以宗气组分的形式入脉,从而对人的呼吸与循环产生作用,影响循环自然会影响血压。5营卫源自饮食,化于水谷精微,强调对营卫形成及其与物质代谢密切相关的认识,有助于阐发慢性病病机。6营卫有多种生理功能,研究这些生理功能,对认识人体生命状态与疾病变化及防治具有帮助和指导作用。
The author elaborated nutrient and defense theory based on Canon of Medicine and reviewed the original meaning,generation,physiology,circulation,function,pathogenesis and symptoms of nutrient and defense in Canon of Medicine by referring other related articles. Meanwhile,viewpoints on the circulation and function of nutrient and defense were put forward including ：1Nutrient qi plays an important role in defending exterior against pathogens especially inhibiting and resisting against the heat pathogenic factors. 2The different circulation patterns are the prerequisites for the physiological functions of defense qi according to the agility of defense qi and its three main circulation patterns. 3Defense qi as the adjuvant,can convey the mental activities so the adverse circulation of defense qi is the basis for conveying the mental activities so as to react and reflect to the various stimuli and move rapidly. 4Defense qi is the important component of ancestral qi which circulates through the heart vessels and promote respiration. As the component of ancestral qi,defense qi enters the vessels and acts on human respiration,circulation and then the blood pressure. 5Nutrient and defense originate from food and transform from water and food essence.The formation of nutrient and defense and the close relationship with the metabolism can assist the explanation of pathogenesis in chronic diseases. 6 Study on the physiological functions of nutrient and defense can help and guide the recognition of human life,disease changes and the treatment and prevention of diseases.
