The performance of vacuum valve in the vacuum cryogenic environment is introduced, and the vacuum degree and heat transfer of the vacuum valve are analyzed and discussed. The experiment provides a good guide and theoretical basis for the low temperature vacuum valve in the production and processing and practical application, and has a certain reference value for low-temperature material selection and structural design.
