摘要
本文介绍了稻壳生物质能源的清洁性及其燃烧特性,根据其燃烧特性,研究开发了多级配风适合稻壳旋浮燃烧的热风炉,分析其工作原理及结构特点,较好地解决稻壳挥发分迅速析出、固定碳难以燃尽的不足,克服炉排式燃烧效率低的弊端。
This paper introduces the cleanliness and combustion characteristics of rice husk biomass energy. According to the rice husk combustion characteristics, developed the multilevel air distribution of husk suspension combustion hot blast stove, analyzes the combustion principle and structure feature, to better solve the husk volatile characteristics of rapid precipitation, fixed carbon is difficult to burn ,overcoming the disadvantages of grate type combustion e ffi ciency low.
