摘要
在全面深化改革背景下,通过混合所有制改革,推动高职院校办学体制改革,是推动产教融合、校企合作的有效途径,也是促进职业教育发展和建设现代职业教育体系的重要推手。全面分析混合所有制改革的背景、问题及模式框架,深度剖析当前制约高职院校混合所有制改革的瓶颈问题,系统梳理高职院校混合所有制改革路径,并在此基础上提出了高职院校混合所有制改革的优化模式与操作路径,这对指引高职院校未来发展变革具有重要的战略意义。
Against the background of deepening the comprehensive reform, it is an effective means to conduct reforms in ownership and education systems, to promote cooperation and integration between the vocational colleges and the industry, and ultimately to facilitate the development of vocational colleges and to bring about their systematic modernization. This paper reviews the background and the current situation of the ownership reform in vocational colleges, it recognizes and explains the bottlenecks in the reform, and briefs current approaches in the reform. On this basis, the paper puts forward an optimization model and operation paths for mixed ownership reform in higher vocational colleges, aiming to provide strategic assistance to the further reforms in Higher Vocational colleges.
