摘要
在课程改革的系统工程中,制约思政课针对性实效性的瓶颈很多,而教师队伍不适应改革发展需求、教学宗旨指向和价值归属不明确、教学思想"抹黑化""愤青化"等应引起充分注意。囿于思政课的学科特性和当代大学生"泛娱乐化"价值偏好等因素,思政课教师要以习总书记提出的"四有"教师标准作为人生定位和价值追求,真正做到对马克思主义理论的"真学、真懂、真信、真用",在知识性和思想性的自我提升中发挥引导塑造人的独立精神、自由思想和健全人格的作用。
In the the systematic engineering of curriculum reform, there are a lot of choke points restricting the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, the teachers do not adapt to the reform and development requirements, the teaching objective orientation and value attribution is not clear, the defaming teaching thought should arouse sufficient attention as well. Constrained by course characteristic of ideological and political education and the entertainment factors of the value preference of the contemporary college students, the teachers of ideological and political education should put forward the "four virtues" standard as the orientation and value pursuit, truly learn, truly understand, truly believe and truly practice marxist theories.
