摘要
采用快冻法,研究了钢纤维掺量对高强混凝土抗冻性能影响规律。结果表明:普通高强混凝土抗冻性能达不到F400的要求;随冻融循环次数的增加,高强钢纤维混凝土相对动弹性模量没有下降趋势,即相对动弹性模量不适于评价其冻融损伤;适量钢纤维的掺入,可显著抑制混凝土质量损失率,保障其冻后抗压强度和劈拉强度。结合本次试验,钢纤维掺量为1.5%时,对混凝土抗冻性能改善效果最佳。
The effect on frost resistance of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete had been studied by quick frost method.The resultsindicate normal high strength concrete can't meet the requirement F400.The relative dynamic elastic modulus remained upward withincreasing number of freeze-thaw cycles which namely relative dynamic elastic modulus was not suitable to evaluate the freeze-thaw damage.The proper incorporation of steel fiber can significantly inhibit mass loss rate and hold it's compressive strength and splitting tensile strengthafter freeze-thaw cycles.Combined with the experiment,the frost resistance improved the best when steel fiber content is 1.5%.
