摘要
在出口罐头日常检验检疫中发现,部分企业混淆胭脂红与胭脂虫红的使用,存在食品安全风险,容易导致国外通关受阻。二者在物理化学性质、质量标准、毒理学性质方面存在较大差别。胭脂虫红是天然色素,具有较好的食用安全性,而胭脂红是偶氮类人工合成色素,动物实验表明其存在一定的遗传和致癌毒性。基于这些区别,国内外法规严格区分二者使用范围和限量,出口企业应严格按照目的国标准使用这两种色素。本文对胭脂红与胭脂虫红进行了全面的比较研究,并从企业质量体系实施、监管模式转变、信息交流三方面提出了应对措施,以期对检验检疫部门和企业的日常工作起到指导作用。
In the daily inspection and quarantine of export canned, we find that some enterprises confused the ap- plication of ponceau 4R and carmines, which exist food safety risk, and it leads to obstruction easily in foreign clearance. There are significant differences in chemical and physical propertie,quality standard,toxicological properties between the two pigments. Ponceau 4R is natural pigment, it is safety for edible. However Carmines is Azo synthet- ic pigment, animal experiment shows that, it has genotoxieity and carcinogenic. Based on these differences, they are strictly distinguished in usable range and limitation in domestic and foreign regulations, export enterprises must use the two pigments according to the standards of destination country strictly. The article make comparison research between ponceau 4R and carmines, and put forward measures from three aspects: implementation of quality system, transformation of regulatory model, information exchange, which hope to make a guidance effect for the daily work of Inspection and Quarantine departments and enterprises.
