电针“胰俞”穴对2型糖尿病大鼠肝损伤后转氨酶的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Electroacupuncture at “Yishu”( EX-B3) Point on Post-Liver Injury Transaminases in Rats with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的:通过观察电针"胰俞"穴对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂及肝脏相关转氨酶的影响,探究电针"胰俞"是否对2型糖尿病大鼠肝细胞具有保护作用。方法:取40只健康雄性SD大鼠,其中8只作为空白对照组,常规饲料喂养;其余32只采用高糖高脂饲料喂养合并腹腔注射链脲佐霉素,制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型。造模成功后随机分组:模型组、胰俞组、格列美脲组、非穴组,每组8只。胰俞组、非穴组分别针刺胰俞穴、非穴,进行电针刺激;格列美脲组以格列美脲溶液灌胃。定期检测各组体重和血糖。干预4周后,腹主动脉取血致死,离心取血清,以自动生化分析仪检测各组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HOL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)。结果:电针胰俞穴可快速调节2型糖尿病大鼠升高的血糖,其长期疗效也较为可靠,且优于非穴组。同时,电针胰俞穴也可快速抑制2型糖尿病大鼠体重下降,但随着病程的进展,其调节体重的作用并不显著。而对于血脂各项指标而言,电针胰俞穴可有效降低2型糖尿病大鼠升高的TC、TG、LDL-C水平,且在调节TG、LDL-C上优于格列美脲灌胃;而在调节TC、LDL-C上优于电针非穴。此外,电针胰俞穴可有效降低2型糖尿病大鼠血清中升高的AST、ALT、GGT水平,且其作用优于电针非穴。结论:电针胰俞穴能有效调节2型糖尿病大鼠血糖,显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平,并进一步保护肝细胞。 Objective: The protective effect of electroacupuncture at "Yishu" point on liver cells of T2DM rats was explored by observing its effect on blood glucose, blood lipids and liver transaminases in T2DM rats. Methods :40 healthy male SD rats were selected, including 8 rats as the blank controls feeding with conventional diet, and the rest 32 rats feeding with high - fat, high - sucrose diet and receiving intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to prepare the rat models of T2DM. After sucessful modeling, animals were randomly divided into model group, Yishu electroacupuncture group, glimepiride group and Fei -acupuncture point stimulation group, including 8 rats in each group. The Yishu electroacupuncture group and Fei - acupuncture point stimulation group received electroacupuncture stimulation at Yishu point and Fei point, respectively. The glimepiride group was given glimepiride solution by intragastric gavage. Weight and blood glucose were regularly measured for each group. Following 4 weeks of intervention, rats in each group were sacrificed by drawing blood from abdominal aorta, and serum was separated by centrifuge for the measurement of TG, TC, HDL, LDL, AST, ALT, and GGT by using automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: Electroacupuncture at Yishu point could quickly regulate the elevated blood glucose in T2DM rats with reliable long - term efficacy, which was better than the therapy in the Fei - acupuncture point stimulation group. In addition, electroacupuncture at Yishu point could also quickly suppress weight loss in T2DM rats. However, its weight regulatory role became less significant. With regard to various blood lipid indicators, electroacupuncture at Yishu point effectively suppressed the elevated TC, TG and LDL - C in T2DM rats, and was superior to glimepiride according to regulating TG and LDL - C, and superior to Fei - acupuncture point stimulation according to regulating TC and LDL - C.
