京津冀协同发展背景下的区域综合环境风险评估研究 被引量:11

摘要 以京津冀地区为研究区,根据环境风险评估与分区原则,从风险源危害性、控制机制有效性和受体易损性出发,构建了综合环境风险评估指标体系;分别应用状态最优化法和层次分析法确定了指标体系中的指标权重,并以各自的权重值分别计算出相应的风险值;两个结果相互验证,相互补充;最后采用灰色关联度法对上述评价的风险值进行分析,找出影响评价区风险大小的主导因素.结果表明,较高风险区主要为邢台、石家庄、唐山等地;较低风险区主要为秦皇岛、承德、张家口等地;其他研究区环境风险水平居中. Abstract An environmental risk assessment index was built for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on risk source hazard, control mechanism effectiveness and risk receptor vulnerability. Optimization and analytic hierarchy were used to set up weight of each index and to obtain 2 risk control values which can achieve mutual verification and mutual complementation; Gray correlation was used to analyze the dominant factors in environmental risks. High risk areas were found to be mainly distributed in Xingtai, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan; low risk areas were mainly distributed in Qinhuangdao, Chengde and Zhangjiakou. Environmental risk was at intermediate level in the rest of the region.
