摘要文章探讨朝鲜发展核武器的内因和外因。外因:通过发展核武器来抵消美国的威慑,维护国家外部安全;抵消韩国在经济和军事力量方面的优势。内因:缓解国内经济危机,转移国民视线;发展核武器,以巩固政权。
