光动力治疗在肺癌治疗中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺癌是最常见的癌症之一,是导致癌症患者死亡的首要原因。肺癌目前的标准治疗是手术切除,但临床上很多肺癌患者经常伴随其他疾病而无法手术,在这种情况下,一些微创侵入性和非侵入性治疗逐渐发展起来。光动力治疗作为一种可以对病态的细胞尤其是恶性肿瘤细胞,选择性的产生细胞毒性作用的微创侵入性治疗越来越受到关注。本文综述了光动力治疗在肺癌患者中的使用情况、疗效及影响疗效的因素和产生的并发症,并在此基础上提出了光动力治疗的应用建议,并对之进行总结,希望为临床PDT的开展提供参考。 Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide and is the leading cause of cancer death in both men and women. The current standard of therapy is operation. However, patients with lung cancer often have medical comorbidities, which may hinder the option of surgical resection. Under this situation, a variety of minimally invasive and noninvasive treatments have developed gradually. Photodynamic therapy, as a kind of minimally invasive treatments which is able to exert selective cytotoxic activity toward pathological cells, particularly malignant cells, has gained attention. This article reviews the application, efficacy and its influencing factors, and complications of photodynamic therapy in lung cancer. We make comments and conclusions on application of photodynamic therapy, hope to provide reference for application of PDT in clinic.
