摘要
目的从《国家学生体质健康标准》不及格人的体能入手,分析不达标学生实验前后体能的变化,同时为我校的教育教学改革起到一点贡献。方法首都医科大学2013年《国家学生体质健康标准》测试中2013级的达标总分不及格的学生,按照身高、BMI配对成对照组和实验组,两组要求,年龄是18岁,配对俩人身高正负误差在1厘米内,并且BMI指数都是肥胖的同学配成对,实验前实验组和对照组没有差异,对照组按照教学大纲进行训练,实验组除按照教学大纲训练外还采用课外个性化训练一周2次,训练10周。实验前后两组之间的比较采用t-检验,实验组与对照组实验前后柔韧性指标比较采用配对t-检验。结果 (1)两组实验前肺活量指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组实验后肺活量指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)两组实验前后柔韧性指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组实验后柔韧性指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论由于符合配对实验条件的实验对象配对组少,训练时间短,中间间隔暑假,实验组与对照组的锻炼效果不明显,影响因素有待进一步分析。
Objective To analyze the changes of physical ability before and after the experiment, and to make a contribution to the reform of education and teaching in our country from the physical fitness standards of the "National Students Physical Health Standard". Methods Capital Medical University 2013 "National Students Physical Health Standard" test level 2013 standard scores of students who fail, according to height, BMI paired into experiment group and control group, two groups, age is 18 years old, the two matching error of plus or minus 1 cm in height, and BMI index were obese students in pairs. Before the experiment the experimental group and the control group had no difference in control group was trained according to the syllabus, in addition to the experimental group in accordance with the syllabus of training by extracurricular personalized training 2 times a week, 10 weeks of training. Before and after the experiment, the two groups were compared by t-test, the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were compared with paired t-test. Results (1) There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment the vital capacity index (P〉0.05); the two group after the experiment thevital capacity index showed no significant difference (P〉0.05); (2) There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment the flexibility index (P〉0.05); the two group after the experiment the flexibility index showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The experimental group and the control group have no obvious effect, and the influencing factors need to be further analyzed, because the experimental group matched with the experimental conditions, the training time is short, and the interval between summer and summer.
