摘要
青少年时期的足球训练对其今后的发展将产生决定性的影响。我国青少年足球训练虽然经过几十年的发展,形成了规范性的体系,但是在个性化训练方面仍然存在突出的问题。本文根据我国青少年足球训练的现状,在论述技术运用与个性化发展关系的技术上,指出在这方面训练中存在的问题,由此提出相应的对策;它对于提高我国在青少年足球训练水平有一定的意义。
Football training received in youth will determine the future development decisively.After decades of development,a regulatory system has developed for China youth football training.But in personalized training there are still outstanding problem.This paper,in view of the current situation of China youth football training,points out the problems existing and their countermeasures in the discussion of application of basic football skills and personalized development and hopes to be helpful to the improvement of youth football training.
