摘要
详细阐述了采用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟螺栓连接的两种方法:施加螺栓载荷法和定义过盈接触法,通过实例分析验证了两种方法的一致性和正确性。通过分析可知,与二阶网格单元相比,采用一阶线性单元研究接触问题可以获得较准确的结果。螺栓载荷法多用于研究被连接件的受力特性,过盈接触法多用于研究螺栓的受力情况。该研究为螺栓连接的模拟计算提供一种准确合理,计算成本较低的思路。
In this paper, two analysis methods of bolted connection which are applying bolt load and defining interference con- tact are elaborated based on the FEM software ABAQUS. The consistency and accuracy of there two methods are proved by example analysis as well. It is shown that compared to the second-order unit, the first-order linear meshing can be used to ob- tain more accurate results. The bolt load method is better for stress analysis of joined parts ; while the interference contact method is better for stress research of bolt oneself. An idea is offered for analyzing the bolt connection, which is reasonably accurate and low computational cost.
