摘要
V型绝缘子串是紧凑型输电线路的重要组成部分,能够有效地缩短串长的垂直高度以及减小导线悬挂点风偏范围。采用二分法,对V型绝缘子串的力学模型进行数值计算,研究了500 kV紧凑型线路V型串夹角变化过程中导线悬挂点水平位移、垂直位移、受压串轴向压缩量以及受压串最大应力随风速的变化关系,从控制最大应力的角度,对V型串夹角进行优化,得到V型串夹角最优值。并根据V型绝缘子串受力特点提出相关防护措施。
V-type insulator string is an important part of compact transmission line which can shorten the vertical height of insulator strings and decrease the range of wind deviation.The mechanical model of V-type insulator strings is calculated by using dichotomy.The relationship among horizontal displacement,vertical displacement,axial compression amplitude,maximum stress and wind speed is studied when the included angle of 500 kV compact transmission line V-type insulator strings change.The optimization of included angle of V-type insulator strings is realized on the consideration of controlling maximum stress and the optimum value of included angle of V-type insulator strings is obtained.Related protection measures are put forward.
