摘要
目的优选咳喘灵凝胶膏剂合提的提取工艺。方法以药材粉碎度、乙醇用量、乙醇浓度和加热时间为可变因素,以芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量与干浸膏得率为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交实验优选提取工艺。结果优选工艺为:以8倍量60%的乙醇提取粗粉药材提取3h。结论优选的工艺简便、合理,为进一步的研究奠定了良好的基础。
Objective To optimize the united extraction process of Kechuanling cataplasm. Methods To optimize the extraction process by L9( 34) orthogonal test. The investigation factors were smashing level,alcohol consistency,alcohol volume and extracting time. The evaluation indexes were the content of the Sinapine cyanide sulfonate in Semen Brassicae and the rate of dry extract. Results The optimized united extraction process was as follows: Tabe 8 times of the amount of 60% athanol to extract crude powder for 3 hours. Conclusion The optimized process is simple and rational,it can provide a good foundation for further research.
