摘要
目的测定芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量,并优选白芥子与延胡索、甘遂合并提取的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以乙醇浓度(A)、溶剂用量(B)、提取时间(C)为考察因素,每个因素设立3个水平进行试验。结果因素A对芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量有显著影响;而因素C和B则无显著性差异。结论最佳工艺为加药材总重8倍量的60%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1h。
Aim To determine the level of sinapine thiocyanate and select the optimal extracting procedure for Semen Sinapis albae, Rhizorna Corydalis and Radix Kansui. Methods An orthogonal test method was used to evaluate the concentration of alcohol (A), solvent volume (B) and extraction time(C). Each of them was tested at three levels. Results A was a significant factor of the extracting procedure, while B and C were not. Conclusion The optimal extracting procedure was adding 60% alcohol eight the total weighty of chinese materials and times by extracting for two times,one hour once.
