摘要 通过研究HLC-HP黏度调节剂与聚羧酸系减水剂复合使用对低水胶比、大流动度水泥浆体流变性及高工作性混凝土性能的影响得出:HLC-HP黏度调节剂与聚羧酸系减水剂复合使用有助于解决原材料品质不好(含泥、粒形差、保水性不好等)造成配制高工作性混凝土高标号黏度大,中、低标号离析泌水,包裹性差的施工技术难题。其适宜使用掺量为聚羧酸系减水剂质量的0.2%~3.0%。 Through studying the performance effect of the cement paste (the lowing water/cement ratio's and the large flowlng's) and the high workability of concrete, at compounding HLC-HP viscosity regulator and polyearboxylate superplasticizer, obtain:the compound using of HLC-HP viscosity regulator and polycarboxylate superplasticizer can solve the construction technical problems such as high viscosity of high workability degree of high grade, segregation of middle and low grade concrete and poor package due to bad quality of raw materials(containing mud, Grain shape pooring and bad water retention,etc). Its appropriate use amount is 0.2%-3.0% of polycarboxylate superplastieizer's mass.
