摘要
基于原材料性能分析,采用致密堆积模型设计了满足第三代核电AP1000技术要求的自密实混凝土。其配合比具有如下特点:胶凝材料用量仅为420 kg/m3,粉煤灰填充砂和粉煤灰、砂混合物填充石子的致密堆积系数分别为0.13、0.52,配合高性能化学外加剂,水泥浆体体积系数取为1.45。使用该配合比得到的自密实混凝土具备良好的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能,完全满足相关标准及施工方要求,在核电工程模拟筏基一次性浇筑的实体结构试验中得到初步应用,取得良好效果。
Dense packing model was adopted to design self compacting concrete which met the requirements of AP1000 technology based on the property analysis of raw materials.Its mix proportion had the following characteristics that the cementing materials dosage was 420 kg/m3 and the dense packing coefficients of fly ash filling sand and fly ash and sand filling pebble were 0.13 and 0.52 respectively. Furthermore, the coefficient of cement paste volume was 1.45 supplemented by high performance chemical admixtures.The self compact- ing concrete based on this mix proportion had favourable working performance,mechanical properties and durability which met the de- mands of relevant standards and construction side fully.The SCC was primarily applied in the pouring test of the simulative entity raft foundation structure and good results were got.
