摘要
以苯乙烯为聚合单体,异辛烷为发泡剂,硫酸钠为引发剂,采用乳液聚合法制备得到聚苯乙烯热膨胀微球并通过热失重(TG)方法对产品进行表征,研究了其热膨胀行为及其对发泡剂气体扩散的抑制作用。研究表明:该种聚苯乙烯热膨胀微球中发泡剂异辛烷的含量约为4.92%,聚苯乙烯热膨胀微球的壳层结构对发泡剂气体扩散具有一定的抑制作用。
The polystyrene thermal expansion microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization using styrene as the monomer,isooctane as the blowing agent and sodium sulfate as the initiator. The products were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis( TG) to investigate the inhibition of the thermal expansion behavior of the blowing agent and gas diffusion. The results showed that the content of isooctane was 4. 92%,and the shell structure of polystyrene heat-expandable microspheres can restrain the gas diffusion of the foaming agent.
