摘要
采用预分散、常压悬浮聚合法制备以聚(丙烯腈-co-甲基丙烯酸酯)为外壳,异辛烷为芯材的微胶囊发泡剂(TEMs)。制备的TEMs壁厚均匀,呈现完整"核-壳"结构的球形,发泡性能良好。微胶囊发泡剂的平均粒径约28.5μm,粒径分布较窄,芯材含量约为23%,起始发泡温度98~120℃,发泡体积为4.5倍。文中研究了分散剂类型、单体和交联剂对微胶囊发泡剂的形貌和发泡性能的影响,使用无机分散剂(20 g Mg(OH)_2,70 g Na Cl,15 g MgCl_2)时,分散效果较好;当AN与MMA的质量比为1:1时,能得到球形较完整的TEMs;添加不同含量的1,4-丁二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(BDDMA)交联剂时,包裹发泡剂的含量随着BDDMA含量的增加而减少,发泡温度随着BDDMA含量的增加而升高。
Core-shell thermally expandable microspheres (TEMs)with uniform thickness shell were prepared via inverse suspension polymerization under atmospheric pressure.Acrylonitrile (AN)and methyl methacrylic acid (MMA)were used as monomers and isooctane was used as foaming agent.The influences of dispersants,monomer feed ratio,and cross-linking agent on the TEMs were systematically investigated.The oil could disperse well in the continuous water phase employing inorganic dispersant as dispersants.When the feed ratio of AN/MMA is set at 1:1 and 1,4-butanediol dimethacrylate (BDDMA)is used as cross-linking agent,TEMs possess excellent properties with the diameter of 28.65μm,the onset temperature of 98-120℃ and 4.5 times of original volume.The content of encapsulated foaming agent is increased with the BDDMA content decreasing,and the foaming temperature is increased with the BDDMA content increasing.
