摘要
以山药挖掘机的工作臂驱动液压缸为研究对象,为使山药挖掘机工作臂的驱动液压缸在整个工作状态内达到最优效果,综合考虑影响液压缸受力的各种影响因素,建立液压缸的数学模型,根据数学模型建立相应的目标函数。针对传统设计方法存在的不足,利用粒子群算法并结合MATLAB对数学模型所得出的目标函数进行运算分析,从而设计出较为合理的液压缸位置。
The research' s object is the hydraulic cylinder driven by the working arm of yam excavator. In order to make the driving hydraulic cylinder of the working arm of the yam excavator reach the best efficiency in the whole working state, comprehensive consideration of various factors which affect the force of hydraulic cylinder, I establish the mathematical model of the hydraulic cylinder, according to the model I also establish the corresponding objective function. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional design methods, I use the particle swarm optimization algorithm combined with mathematical model by MATLAB to calculate the objective function , so as to design a more reasonable position of the hydraulic cylinder.
