Design and Topology Optimization Based on ANSYS of the Turning Fixture of Nave of Wheel

摘要 针对传统设计方法下数控车床夹具尺寸与重量偏大、外型不尽合理,使夹具的材料与应用成本增大的问题,将连续体拓扑优化理论引入数控车床夹具设计,建立了夹具拓扑优化的数学模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对一种典型轮毂夹具进行拓扑优化设计,给出了夹具外型和联接螺钉的布置区域,得到了更为合理的结构,为各类数控车床夹具的轻量化设计提供了新的思路与参考。 Because of the limitations of traditional design method, tile size and weight of the fixture of CNC lathe are alwaysexcess and the contour is irrational, leading to the high-cost of the fixture for material and application. Aiming at these problems, the theory of continuum structural topology optimization has been applied in design of fixture, and mathematical model has been created. Simultaneously, the optimization of a kind of typical turning fixture of nave of wheel based on ANSYS is carried out and fixture contour and configuration of bolts is offered. As a result, more reasonable structure is obtained. And new thinking and reference of the design of other kinds of" fixture of CNC lathe are offered.
