摘要
为了使结构优化更好地模拟实际情况,在分析了有限元理论和材料力学关系的基础上,找出了约束之间的本质联系,提出了基于应力、刚度双重约束的渐进结构优化方法。同时,将单元生死技术引入结构优化中。根据有限元分析结果,在杀死低效能单元的同时,在高效单元周围增加单元,实现了结构的双向渐进优化。最后,数值算例表明该方法的有效性,改善了优化结果,提高了优化效率。
For the sake of letting the structural optimization to simulate more better the practical situation and on the basis of analyzing the relationship between finite element theory and mechanics of materials, the essence contact among the constraints was found out, the progressive structural optimization method based on stress and rigidity dual constraints was put forward. At the sane time, let the life and death technology of unit be led into the structural optimization, according to analytical result of finite element and at the same time of killing the lower efficient units simultaneously to increase units around the high efficient units, thus achieved the bi-directional progressive optimization of structure. Finally, the numerical valued computing example showed the effectiveness of this method, the optimization result was improved and the optimization efficiency was enhanced
