摘要 针对高压直流输电工程中电容器的频发故障现象,对我国南方电网已投运的7回直流输电系统用电容器故障的种类和数量进行了统计分析,发现滤波电容器故障占有较大的比例。对滤波电容器接头发热、电容器渗漏油、电容器击穿导致电容值变化3类故障进行了研究,从工艺、结构、工程施工方面对电容器故障影响进行了较为详细的分析。通过分析,从技术规范和运行维护方面给出了改进建议,为高压现场维护人员和工程施工人员提供了参考。 As for multiple faults of capacitor in HVDC transmission project,the kinds and quantity of the fault of capacitors for 7 circuits DC transmission system which are already in operation in China Southern Grid are analyzed statistically,and the results show that the fault of filter capacitor has major proportion.Such three types of faults of filter capacitor as joint heat,oil leakage and capacitance variations due to breakdown are studied. The influence of the capacitor fault is analyzed in detail from the aspects process,structure and engineering. Throughout the analysis,the improvement suggestion is given from the aspects of technical specification,operation and maintenance,which provides both the maintenance and construction personnel at site with reference.
