摘要
运用有限元法对脉冲电容器放电时电极边缘电场分布进行数值计算,对缓慢充电、快速放电工作条件下同时考虑介质ε和γ参数的时变电场提出了一种简化计算方法,分析了反峰电压和不均匀介质分界面由于麦克斯韦一瓦格纳极化出现的界面电荷对脉冲电容器边缘电场分布的影响.
Applying finite element method, a numerical solution of electrical field distribution onthe electrode edge of impulse capacitior has been studied when impluse capacitior discharges.This paper proposed a simplified calculation method of the transient field on condition of slowcharge and rapid discharge,with conductivity γ and permittivity ε being consideredsimultaneously in compound dielectrics.The paper also discussed influencc of polarity reversal voltage and surface charge caused by Maxwell-Wagerna polarization between the interface ofnon-uniform media on electrical ficld distribution on the edge of impluse capacitior.
