摘要
目的:探讨兰州方加味对鼻咽癌放疗患者涎腺功能的保护作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法:将2013年5月至2015年5月收治的72例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为观察组(中药组)和对照组(还原性谷胱甘肽组),每组各36例。比较两组治疗涎腺损伤的总有效率及治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值,评估两组患者细胞免疫功能。结果:观察组涎腺损伤发生率(50%)低于对照组(100%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗涎腺损伤的总有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(77.78%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前CD_3^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值均无差异(P>0.05),治疗后CD_3^+、CD_8^+无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:兰州方加味可以有效缓解鼻咽癌放疗患者放疗所致的涎腺损伤,对患者免疫功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective：To investigate the protective effect of Lanzhou prescription on salivary glands and immune function in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy. Methods： A total of 72 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received radiotherapy from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group （control group） and control group （reduced glutathione group ）, each group of 36 cases. To compare total effective rate of treatment of salivary gland damage in two groups, and to assess the cellular immunity of two groups by comparing the value of CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋ CD4^＋ / CD8^＋T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment. Results： The incidence rate of salivary gland injury of observation group（ 50% ）was lower than that in the control group（ 100% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; The total effective rate of treatment of salivary gland damage in observation group （94.44%）was higher than that of the control group （77.78%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ） ; there was no significant difference in the value of CD3^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋ and CD4^＋ / CD8^＋ between the two groups before treatment （P 〉0.05 ）, and There was no significant difference in the value of CD3^＋, CD8^＋ afier treatment（P〉0.05 ）, and the value of CD4^＋ value and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Lanzhou prescription can effectively alleviate salivary injury caused by radiotherapy and have the protective effect on immune function in paitient with na- sopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy.
