摘要
目的:观察增液承气汤治疗老年性肠梗阻临床疗效。方法:收集老年性肠梗阻患者62例,随机分为两组,治疗组应用增液承气汤加减保留灌肠、口服等方法治疗,对照组应用肥皂水及开塞露保留灌肠等方法治疗。10 d为1个疗程。比较两组患者症状、体征分级积分,排气时间、并发症率、手术率及综合疗效。结果:治疗组患者治疗前后症状、体征分级积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组排气时间早于对照组,并发症率、手术率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组综合疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在辨证论治的指导下,择时选用增液承气汤缓解急性期老年性肠梗阻疗效确切。
Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of senile intestinal obstruction by Zengye Chengqi Decoction. Methods ：62 cases of senile patients with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Zengye Chengqi Decoction retention enema, oral treatment method, and the control group was given soapy water and Enema Glycerini retention enema therapy. 10 days for 1 course of treatment. Compared symptoms and signs score, exhaust time, complication rate, operation rate and comprehensive effect of the two groups. Results ： There was significant difference in symptoms and signs score before and after treatment of the treatment group, and better than the control group, and the difference was statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The exhaust time of the treatment group was earlier than that of the control group, the complication rate and operation rate were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compari- son of the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Treatment of senile intestinal obstruction by Zengye Chengqi Decoction has exact curative effect under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
