摘要
高等教育发展水平是一个省发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志。实现河南振兴、中原崛起,教育的地位和作用不可忽视。河南加快建设"四个强省"、实施五大国家发展战略,郑州建设国家中心城市以及竞争力的提升,最应补上的短板就是高等教育。河南科教创新实验区致力于整合国内外优质教育、文化、科技资源,探索一条以高端人才为引领、以合作办学为特色、以协同创新为方向的发展新路,成为联结郑汴、辐射中原、带动全国的科教创新示范区。希望河南全省上下能集中发力,尽快制定全面提升高等教育的发展规划,尽早把河南科教创新实验区建设上升为河南省的优先发展战略,并以河南科教创新实验区建设为引擎,加快发展步伐,创造更加适合高等教育发展和科技创新的良好氛围,助力中原早日崛起。
The development level of higher education in one province is the important mark of the provincial development level and potential. The position and function of education can＇t be overemphasized for realizing Henan province＇s revitalization and the rise of central plain. When Henan province tries to accelerate its construction as＂the Powerful Province in Four Aspects＂,and implement the five development strategies in the country level,and Zhengzhou city,the capital of Henan province,will build itself as one of the central cities in China and improve its own competitiveness,there still exists one short slab——higher education,which needs to make up. Henan Science and Education Innovation Experimental Area will devote itself to integrate the resources with good quality in education,culture,and science technology from home and abroad,and explore the new path with top- level talents as the guidance,cooperation in running school as the feature,and coordinate innovation as the direction. This science and education innovation area will link Zhengzhou city and Kaifeng city,radiate its influence in the central plain,and even bring along the whole country. We wish that Henan province may gather great efforts in all levels,design the development plan to improve higher education roundly quickly,and raise the construction of Henan Science and Education Innovation Experimental Area as the development strategy with priority in Henan province as soon as possible. Thus taking the construction of Henan Science and Education Innovation Experimental Area as the engine,Henan province may quicken its steps in development,create the good atmosphere for the development of higher education and science technology innovation,and assist the rise of the central plain in an early day.
