摘要
为提高某区块煤层气多分支水平井单井产能,深入分析多分支水平井井眼堵塞原因,初步搞清堵塞机理并提出增产对策。在某区块多分支水平井的开发实践中,部分多分支水平井在排采过程中出现排采管控不当、停电、设备故障等情况造成压力波动,导致煤层坍塌、井眼堵塞,致使气量大幅下降,产能无法有效释放。氮气泡沫解堵具有成本低、煤层污染小、不易导致裸眼井段大范围垮塌等特点,通过探索和开展多分支水平井氮气泡沫解堵工艺和技术研究,并进行现场实际应用,有效地解决了井眼堵塞、产能下降等问题,避免了其他解堵方式对煤层造成伤害。多分支水平井实施氮气泡沫解堵是一种有效的解堵提产方法。
In order to improve multi-branched horizontal well production, plugging reasons are analyzed deeply. Plugging mechanism is founded out and yield increasing measures are presented. In the development of multi-branched horizontal well at certain block, due to power outages, equipment failure or improper drainage control, coal seam collapses or borehole get plugged, which result in sharp decline of gas yield. Nitrogen foam plug-releasing is of low cost, small coal pollution, and will not lead to wide-range collapse of the open hole and so on. The process and technology of nitrogen foam plug-releasing to multi-branched horizontal well are studied with site application, which solve the issues of plugging and productivity decline, avoid damage to the coal bed. So it is an effective method to implement nitrogen foam plug-releasing for multi-branched horizontal well.
