摘要
建立饰面集成材复合板甲醛释放量的测量不确定度评定分析方法。根据不确定评定理论,分析测定过程,确定和计算测定过程中各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明:饰面集成材复合板甲醛释放量为(0.5±0.1)mg/L,其中扩展不确定度为0.1mg/L,影响测量不确定度主要因素是数值修约引入的不确定度。建议当测量结果的数值较低时,将GB 18580-2001中的修约间隔由0.1mg/L修订为0.01mg/L,可显著降低不确定度。
The uncertainty analysis for determination of formaldehyde emission from laminated glulam composite board was established. Each uncertainty component was confirmed and calculated; the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated and synthesized. Results showed that formaldehyde emission from laminated glulam composite board was (0.5 ± 0.1 ) mg/L, extended un- certainty was 0.1 mg/L, and the uncertainty of rounding off for numerical values was the main factor for testing uncertainty. Therefore, if the testing value is small, the rounding interval in GB 18580 -2001 is revised 0.01mg/L from 0.1 mg/L, which can reduce uncertainty significantly.
