摘要
根据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和CNAS-CL07-2011《测量不确定度的要求》中的有关规定,建立荧光分光光度法测定婴幼儿乳粉中V_C含量不确定度的数学模型。对数学模型中各不确定度分量的来源进行分析,并计算了各分量的不确定度及合成标准不确定度,最终给出实验的扩展不确定度。通过评定,婴幼儿乳粉中V_C含量为(91.8±2.04)mg/100g,k=2,p=95%。,影响测定结果的主要因素是标准溶液的配制、仪器荧光分光光度计、回收率因子及试样前处理等。
According to the relevant regulations of JJF1059.1-2012Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and CNAS-CL07-2011Requirement for Measurement Uncertainty,a mathematical model was es-tablished of fluorescence spectrophotometry infant milk powder vitamin C content measurement uncertainty e-valuation. Factors contributing to the uncertainty were analyzed,calculate of each component of uncertainty and combined standard uncertainty,the final test results to expanded uncertainty. Through assessment,the content of vitamin C in infant milk powder was (91.8±2.04) mg/100g,k=2,p=95%. The major sources of uncertainty affecting determination results were preparation of standard solutions,sample pre-treatment and instrument flu-orescence spectrophotometer.
