摘要
目的:研究不同剂量60Coγ照射大鼠腮腺组织后SSB1蛋白及基因的表达变化情况。方法:选取SD大鼠60只,随机分成6组,每组10只。对照组(未照射组)和实验组(3 Gy、6 Gy、9 Gy、12 Gy、15 Gy组),实验组于放射后6 h处死大鼠。处死后收集大鼠腮腺组织,免疫组化法检测不同剂量放射线照射后SSB1蛋白在大鼠腮腺组织中的表达情况及实时荧光定量PCR法检测不同剂量放射线照射后SSB1基因在大鼠腮腺组织中的表达情况。结果:放射后大鼠的腮腺组织中的SSB1的表达量随着放射剂量不同而变化,并且在12 Gy达到最高,实验组和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠腮腺组织中SSB1蛋白及基因的表达无剂量依赖性,其表达量随放射剂量的增加先增加后降低。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different doses of irradiation on SSB1 expression in rat parotid gland. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: the control group( no irradiation) and experimental groups. The experimental groups were irradiated for 3,6,9,12 and 15 Gy doses of60Coγ irradiation,the rats were killed respectively in 6 hours. And the parotid glands were prepared for immunohistochemical and q PCR. Results: The expression of SSB1 changes with different doses of irradiation and SSB1 expressionin was highly expressed in the group of 12 Gy. There were statistically significant diferencs between the control group and experimental groups( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of SSB1 quantity affected by different doses of irradiation.
