摘要
以宿迁金鹰花园项目遇到的立面控制问题为切入点,深入分析造成施工图立面设计秩序混乱的原因,提出利用立面控制手册把控施工图设计中立面的整体性。进而引申出对施工图立面设计全过程的整体性进行思考,提出把控整体性的四要素,即协调、平衡、统一和秩序。
This article takes the facade control problem of Suqian Jinying Garden as the starting points, finds the causes of chaos in construction facade drawing, puts forward using the facade control manual to control the integrity of the facades of construction drawings.In order to introduce the thinking of integrity in the whole process of construction facade drawing, put forward the four elements of the integrity control, coordination, balance, unity and order.
