摘要
沿街建筑立面作为构成街道景观的重要元素,在表达城市街道的内容和印象中尤为重要。但随着城市的发展,当初功能定位与当前的使用需求和审美完全不符;有些建筑还需要结构加固,其投入资金和项目复杂程度远胜于新建建筑。沿街建筑立面的语言体系和街道的期望产生了矛盾。文章以街道美学和街道构成的理论分析在城市街道景观整治中对建筑立面的整治与改造对于街道景观所产生的影响,以指导越发频繁的建筑外立面改造的建筑活动。
The elevation along street, as an important element of street landscape facade,at present is particularly important in expressing the content of the city’s streets and impression.But with the development of cities, function orientation and the use of the current demand and aesthetic don’t match.Some buildings still need structure reinforcement, and its investment and project complexity is far better than the new buildings.The language system of the facade and expect of the of the street are contradictary. Based on the theory of Aestheticss of treets and street consists,the paper analyzes the impact on street landscape in the city street landscape renovation renovation and transformation of the building facade, to guide the building facade of increasingly frequent transformation of construction activities.
