摘要
"水利"工程作为清代"三大政"之一,一直备受统治者的重视和关注.清代的治水工程,不只是单纯的技术工程,在治水活动的背后蕴藏着种种的政治活动.和卫国研究员的新著《治水政治:清代国家与钱塘江海塘工程研究》一书以钱塘江海塘治理为主线,从共时、历时两个维度呈现了有清一代发生在海塘治理过程中的政治活动,不仅是一部优秀的清代海塘治理史,更是一部缩微了的清代政治史.
Water conservancy as one of three Grand Projects has been the key subject and concern by the rulers in Qing Dynasty. The water projects of Qing Dynasty were not only the technical engineering but also the political activities. The new work Water-control Politics： A Study on the State and Qiantang River Seawall Project in Qing Dynasty, written by He Weiguo, took the treatment of Qiantang River seawall as the key topic, which displayed the political activities in the process of the engineering. The work is not only an excellent writing on the water engineering but also a microfilm of the political history of Qing Dynasty.
