摘要
目的总结钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的效果。方法采用钩钢板固定术治疗60例锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位患者。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。患者骨折均愈合,时间3~8个月。功能恢复时间为3~12个月。肩关节功能按Neer评分标准评定:优秀32例,良好23例,差5例,优良率为91.67%。结论采用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折以及肩锁关节脱位疗效较好,可使患者的肩关节功能尽快康复。
Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of hook plate for distal clavicle fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Sixty cases of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated by hook plate fixation. Results Patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months,all cases of fractures were healed in 3 - 8 months. Recovery time was 3 - 12 months. Shoulder function according to Neer scoring standards assessment： excellent in 32 cases,good in 23,and poor in 5,the excellent-good rate was 91. 67%. Conclusions Using clavicular hook plate for distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular joint dislocation has a good effect,which can make the shoulder joint function in patients recover to health as soon as possible.
