知乎网用户答案采纳影响因素实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着网络问答社区在中国互联网的发展壮大,知乎作为目前中国最富有影响力的问答社区网站,对知乎网用户答案采纳的影响因素进行研究具有现实意义。以TAM模型为基础,根据前人研究以及当今问答社区发展趋势,引入新变量,构建相应研究模型。另外,使用问卷调查方式收集了192个数据样本,利用SPSS社会科学软件对影响知乎用户答案采纳因素的结构化方程进行了验证研究。研究发现,新鲜度和可靠性是决定答案有用性的重要因素,直接影响采纳意向的三个因素当中,感知有用性和感知娱乐性是关键因素,社交倾向在一定程度上也影响着用户的采纳意向。 With the growth and development of Internet Q A community in China,the study on the influencing factors of Q A users' answers is of great significance as the most influential Q A community website in China. Based on the TAM model,according to the predecessors' research and the development trend of the Q A community,new variables are introduced to construct the corresponding research model. In addition,192 data samples were collected by means of questionnaires,and SPSS social science software was used to validate the structural equations that affect the adoption of user answers. It was found that freshness and reliability were important factors determining the usefulness of the answer. Among the three factors that directly influenced the intention to adopt,perceived usefulness and perceived entertainment were the key factors,and the social orientation also affected the adoption of the user to a certain extent intention.
