摘要
目的:观察3种不同电针波形治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效差异。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者采用随机数字分组法分为疏密波组20例,断续波组20例,连续波组20例。取穴百会、翳风、风池、中渚、侠溪、耳门、听宫、听会等,3组在针刺基础上听会、翳风通以脉冲电流治疗。10日为一疗程,每日治疗30 min/次,连续6日,间歇1日,通过观察比较2个疗程治疗结束后各组患者治疗前后纯音听阈测听值变化的差异及耳鸣、眩晕等相关临床症状的改善程度,从而对患者的疗效进行评估。结果:疏密波组、断续波组、连续波组纯音听阈测试总有效率分别为90%(18/20)、70%(14/20)、60%(12/20),各组比较均P<0.05;经治疗后3组患者纯音听阈测听阈值均有提高(P<0.05),且耳鸣、眩晕总有效率疏密波组优于其他两组(均P<0.01)。结论:疏密波、断续波、连续波电针均可改善突发性耳聋,但总体疗效最优的电针波形是疏密波。
Objective: To observe the effect of three different waves of electroacupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into sparse- intense wave,intermittent wave and continuous wave groups,with 20 cases in each group. Acupoints at Baihui,Yifeng,Ermen,Fengchi,Yifeng,Zhongzhu and Xiaxi were selected,with the corresponding electroacupuncture at Tinghui acupoint and Yifeng acupoint in three groups. All the stimulation was for 20 min,1 time a day,continuous treatment for 6 days to rest one day,10 days as one course of treatment. Observe the clinical effect of patients in three groups after two courses of treatment. In three groups the patients were assessed by pure tone audiometry changes. Results: In the density wave group,intermittent wave group and continuous wave group,the total efficiencies were 90%( 18 /20),70%( 14 /20) and 60%( 12 /20)( all P〈0. 05); after treatment,in three groups the pure tone audiometry threshold of audibility value was improved,and the main concomitant symptoms were improved( P〈0. 05). The dilatational wave group was better than other two groups( all P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Dilatational wave,intermittent wave and continuous wave can improve the sudden deafness,but dilatational wave of electroacupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness is better than the intermittent wave and continuous wave.
