摘要
设计了一种复速级冲击涡轮式气启动马达,满足工程车辆、煤矿车辆频繁启动及防爆等需求。介绍了其涡轮工作原理和具体结构组成,分析了其涡轮驱动的流场情况,研究了其输出特性。在流场分析基础上,对马达输出的扭矩和机械功率进行了实验研究。结果表明:复速级冲击涡轮式气启动马达输出扭矩与转速呈现较好的线性关系,调速幅度宽,符合实际应用要求。
A type of re-level impact turbine pneumatic motor is designed, which meets the frequently starting and explosion protection requirements of engineering vehicles and coal mine vehicles. The working principle and structure of the turbine are introduced, and the flow field of the turbine driven is analyzed, and the output characteristics are studied. Based on the analysis of the flow field, the torque and mechanical power of the motor are studied experimentally. The results show that: the re-level impact turbine pneumatic air motor has a good linear relationship between the torque and speed, wide speed range, which is in line with the requirements of practical application.
