摘要
为了研究动力涡轮关键部件的流场,借助GT-Power一维模型获取的概括性数据作为建模的边界条件,建立了动力涡轮关键部位的模型,划分网格,利用CFX分析得出子午面,叶片不同叶高,气动载荷,熵分布分析的云图与分析结果,分析了流场内气流分离和尾流现象的产生机理,有助于改进动力涡轮整体气动造型和局部气动造型,为动力涡轮的改进和优化提供了理论依据。
Study the flow field of the Power turbine key parts, application GT-Power,one-dimensional model obtain a general data as boundary conditions, establishment the model of the Power turbine key parts and divide mesh, using CFX analysis obtain meridian plane, different vane is high, the aerodynamic load,the entropy distribution nephogram and analysis results, analysis the airflow field flow separation and formation mechanism of the wake flow phenomenon is helpful to improving Power turbine overall aerodynamic shape and locality aerodynamic shape,for improving and optimization Power turbine provide theory basis.
