摘要
重型车辆车架的电泳工艺质量直接影响车架的表面质量和性能,其中电泳工序的性能起着至关重要的作用。为提高车架的性能以满足车辆车架生产质量要求,论文对重型车辆车架电泳工序进行了试验研究。选取槽液固体份、pH值、电导率、温度及电压等关键参数进行试验和研究分析,进而对各关键参数加以优化。试验结果表明:通过对电泳工序参数的优化改进,提高了车架的性能、稳定性及表面质量。
Electrophoresis technology of heavy vehicle frame quality directly affects the frame's surface quality and performance,performance of the electrophoresis process plays a vital role. To improve the performance to meet the production requirements of vehicle frame,experimental study on the electrophoresis process for heavy vehicle frame. Select bath solids,PH value,conductivity,key parameters such as temperature and voltage test research and optimization. Through the optimization of the electrophoresis process improvement,improved performance,stability and surface quality of the frame.
