摘要
描述了某次窗框缩孔问题的解决过程。从窗框结构、窗框辊压工艺、涂装前处理工艺、电泳工艺多个角度进行原因分析,确定了窗框内残留的油水混合物在电泳烘烤时爆沸污染了电泳漆是导致缩孔的根本原因。主要从改变防锈油涂抹方式、增加折边胶涂胶量、提高电泳槽液油污耐受性3个方面制定了措施并进行验证。最终通过规范涂油方式、增加折边胶涂胶量彻底解决了窗框电泳缩孔问题。
This paper provides a solution to shrinkage cavity occurring at electrophoresis process. Specifically, various influential factors including window structure, rolling process, pre-treatment and electrophoresis process have been analyzed, indicating that an oil-water mixture remained in window frame and its blast boiling cause the shrinkage cavity when an e- lectrophoresis coating is baked. Three countermeasures are carried out accordingly, for in- stance, changing the coating method of antirust oil, increasing the spreading capacity of hem flange bonding, and improving the oil tolerance of electrophoresis bath. The shrinkage cavity of the coated window frame is solved completely.
